General Questions:

Q1: What products do you sell?

Q3: Can I modify or cancel my order?

A: Once an order is placed, it enters our processing system promptly. Unfortunately, we are unable to modify or cancel orders after they have been confirmed. Please double-check your order before completing the purchase.

Shipping and Delivery:

Q4: What are your shipping options?

A: A most of our products are imports, we use ePacket and AliExpress for most of our shipping, which can take 3-4 weeks for delivery.  However, a few of our items are shipped domestically in the US and typically take 5-7 days shipping using USPS.  If you need expedited, or express shipping, please contact ziggypoptoyshoppe@gmail.com and we can advise you of quicker shipping rates. Shipping costs and delivery times vary based on your location.

Q5: How can I track my order?

A: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number for USPS to customers in the United States. 

International customer can expect a tracking number from AliExpress, or ePacket for smaller shipments.  Once your item is processed through customs in your native country, you will be able to track your package in real-time.

Q6: Do you offer international shipping?

A: Yes, we do! We provide international shipping to many countries. During checkout, enter your shipping address to see if we deliver to your location and to calculate shipping costs.
